What does “AI integration” actually mean?
Connecting a language model, such as Claude, to your tools and data so that it performs a specific job: answering questions from your documentation, sorting requests, preparing reports or tracking deadlines. It is not a separate chat window but part of a process you already have.
Do we need to be using an AI tool already?
No. Most projects start from a process that eats time, not from a technology. Together we decide where AI makes sense and where plain automation or a better tool is enough.
Where is our data processed and is it secure?
We use models and infrastructure available in the EU, with data processing agreements and without your data being used to train models. Every automation keeps a log of its actions, has clear limits and allows human review. Sensitive data can stay exclusively in your environment.
How long does a typical project take?
A single automation is usually in production within two to six weeks. A full system, such as a web platform or mobile app, takes a few months. You get the scope and timeline in the proposal before we start.
How do you charge?
Usually a fixed price per project based on the agreed scope, and a monthly fee for maintenance and further development. Tool and licence costs are estimated up front, so there are no surprises.
